What is the Member Campaign?
The Member Campaign is an annual invitation for Fieldstone members, alumni, and supporters to invest in the future of the Network and the nonprofit leaders who will follow.
What is a Legacy Leader?
Donors who make a gift of $250 or more during the campaign are recognized as Legacy Leaders and receive a commemorative Fieldstone symbolizing their role in helping build a strong and enduring leadership community.
If I already pay tuition for programs, why give?
Tuition helps offset a portion of the cost of Fieldstone’s programs, but it does not reflect the full value of the experience. The caliber of facilitation, program design, and leadership development offered by Fieldstone is comparable to services provided by leading leadership development and executive coaching firms.
Fieldstone intentionally keeps tuition well below market rates so nonprofit leaders and organizations of all sizes can participate. Philanthropic support helps bridge that gap and ensures these high-quality leadership experiences remain accessible to nonprofit professionals across San Diego.
How will my gift be used?
Gifts support Fieldstone’s leadership development programs, including coaching, learning groups, forum groups, leadership reading groups, retreats, circles and and alumni engagement and networking. Your investment strengthens leaders who strengthen their organizations and communities.
Can I make a recurring gift?
Yes. Monthly giving provides reliable, year-round support for leadership programs and counts toward Legacy Leader recognition during the campaign.
Does Fieldstone accept employer matching gifts?
Yes. Many employers match charitable contributions made by their employees. Check with your employer to see if your gift can be matched, which can double your impact.
